Service quotes
All quotes are valid for 30 days. Final pricing is confirmed upon visual inspection of the door and parts required. Cesar provides upfront pricing before any work begins.
Warranty
Labor: 3-year warranty. Parts: 1-year manufacturer warranty (varies by part). Springs: lifetime warranty against breakage under normal residential use. Warranty is void if the door is damaged by impact, weather event, unauthorized modification, or third-party servicing.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, and ACH. Returned-check or chargeback fees may apply.
Cancellations
You can cancel an appointment up to 1 hour before the scheduled window with no fee. Same-day cancellations made after the technician has dispatched may incur a trip fee.
Liability
Garage Goat Garage Doors is fully insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or unrelated home conditions.
