Parts warranty
All parts we install carry at least a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Many parts (LiftMaster, Genie, Chamberlain) come with longer warranties — we'll tell you exactly what you're getting.
Lifetime
Spring breakage
Springs we install are warranted against breakage under normal residential use — for life. That's the longest spring warranty in NW Houston.
Fine print (the honest version)
- Warranty applies only to work and parts installed by Garage Goat.
- Voided by impact damage, weather events, vandalism, or third-party servicing.
- Lifetime spring warranty applies to normal residential use; commercial use is excluded.
- You don't need a receipt — we keep records on every job.
- Transferable to the next homeowner if you sell within 5 years (let them know).
